Annick decided she would make dinner with hay!! Ingredients: Hay, Jerusalem artichokes, gianormous green onions, and pork chops brined with salt (veggie version on left). YUM.
Sorry about the dark blurry last shot! Pork chops took a little longer than expected, meaning more waiting, more wine, etc... DELISH!!!!!!
